Dolby Vivisol is a unique UK provider of Home Healthcare services specialising in respiratory care. We offer a range of services including home oxygen therapy, of which we currently hold three of the NHS regional contracts for providing this service to around 20,000 patients.
Approximately 2 years ago, after extensive research we engaged the services of ASAP Group Ltd to enlarge/ bolster our already extensive fleet of 38 delivery vehicles. This process was complicated as the 10 new Oxygen delivery vehicles we required to be used had to be completely refitted out to our specific specification be able to carry the very delicate cargo of oxygen equipment;
The delivery drivers provided by ASAP were all enhanced level DBS. All drivers had to undergo the full Home Care Technician training program to reach the standard to be able to deliver & install oxygen equipment. This would include completing risk assessments and training patients in the safe use of the oxygen equipment in their homes.
ASAP throughout the selection process proved to be the right choice for Dolby Vivisol. Their values were a perfect match to ours with regards to customer satisfaction and the ability to understand what we were trying to achieve. The design fabrication of the interior of the vans was exceptional and the Drivers mentality towards the job and the application applied to achieving the technical training certification required to undertake the deliveries was excellent.
ASAP currently supply in excess of 10 permanent Driver/ Home Care Technicians and Vehicles to Dolby Vivisol; they also have a bank of suitably trained staff to assist with holiday and sick cover which has proved not only a considerable cost saving to Dolby Vivisol but an invaluable service.
Our Partnership with ASAP Group Ltd is a true success; they have become an integral part of our business. ASAP are currently working from all of our South of England depot locations including Crawley, Sandhurst, Aylesbury, Fareham and Maidstone.
We work very closely with ASAP and would certainly consult with them with any changes/expansion of our business in the future.
